Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Selling Magic purchase of a product, please call 1-877-762-4423 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.

If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Selling Magic will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to Selling Magic within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Selling Magic will assess a 10% restocking fee on any opened hardware or accessory.

Selling Magic, LLC offers business development tools to increase sales. These tools are often a combination of sales automation software, our Selling Magic personalized consulting services and a blend of vendor services you will use to facilitate our recommended selling system. Selling Magic offers a satisfaction guarantee but this is limited to our consulting services and automation software. There are numerous services we recommend to enhance and work with the systems we develop for you. Each of these companies is reputable but they are outside our control. Fortunately, they come with their own performance guarantees and policies.

We are very selective about whom we partner with. Our expectations are high and we demand the highest level of service from our vendors. We challenge our vendors frequently to ensure the services they deliver, are the best available.

We cannot guarantee a performance, results or make promises on your performance because in the end, it is you, the customer who must execute our programs. What we can promise you is that we will be there to support you through the implementation of our system. If you follow our systematic approach to selling, you will increase sales.
